Payments: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and/or PayPal, depending on what is available at checkout). We do not store full payment card details. We may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, transaction IDs, and basic billing details needed for receipts, accounting, tax, and customer support.

We may receive limited information through affiliate/referral tracking (for example, that a referral occurred, that a purchase occurred, approximate order value, and an identifier used to attribute the referral). We generally do not receive full payment card details or full order details from the third party.

How we use your data

We use personal data to:

* Provide and operate the Services (including delivering digital content, account access, subscriptions, and customer support)

* Process purchases, manage subscriptions, and send service messages (such as receipts, access emails, and important updates)

* Communicate with you (support responses, administrative messages, and, where allowed, marketing)

* Measure and understand performance of content, pages, funnels, and marketing (including affiliate/referral tracking)

Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK and similar laws)

If you are in the EEA/UK (and in many other places), we rely on one or more of these legal bases:

* Contract: to provide what you requested or purchased (for example, delivering downloads and running subscriptions)

* Legitimate interests: to run and improve our business, keep Services secure, understand usage, prevent fraud, and market our services in a reasonable way (balanced against your rights)

* Consent: where required (for example, certain cookies and certain marketing activities in some regions)

* Legal obligation: to meet accounting, tax, and other legal requirements

You can withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (like pixels, tags, and local storage) for things such as:

* Essential site functionality

* Remembering preferences

* Analytics and usage measurement

* Marketing and conversion measurement (for example, whether a page visit led to a signup or purchase)

* Affiliate/referral tracking (where applicable)

You can control cookies through:

* Your browser settings

* Any cookie banner/preferences tool on our site (if available)

Some features may not work properly if you disable certain cookies.

US privacy rights and targeted advertising (including California)

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (for example via tools used for funnels/landing pages and analytics) to measure performance and to support targeted advertising and remarketing (for example showing ads to people who previously visited our site).

Depending on your location and the privacy laws that apply, you may have the right to opt out of:

* targeted advertising / cross-context behavioral advertising,

* the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms may be defined under applicable law, and/or

* certain profiling activities.

How to opt out

You can opt out in the following ways (where applicable):

* Cookie settings: Use our cookie banner/preferences tool (if available) and/or your browser settings to disable non-essential cookies.

* Email request: Contact us at [email protected] and tell us you want to opt out of targeted advertising and related tracking. Include the email address you use with our Services (if any).

* Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser or device sends an opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), we will honor it where required by applicable law.

California notice

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Where required, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism (for example a link or setting) and honor applicable opt-out requests.

We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

When we share your data

We may share personal data with:

* Service providers that help us operate the Services (for example: hosting, membership/community platforms like Mightypreneur, funnel/landing page tools like ClickFunnels, email delivery, customer support tools, analytics providers, and security/fraud prevention tools)

* Payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) to process payments

* Affiliate/referral and marketing partners (limited to what’s needed for tracking, reporting, and commissions)

* Professional advisors (accountants, legal advisors) where necessary

* Authorities or regulators where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security

* Business transfers (if we merge, sell, or restructure, personal data may be transferred as part of that process)

We do not sell your personal data in the traditional “data broker” sense.

International transfers

We are based in Finland, but our service providers (and their servers) may be located in other countries, including outside the EEA.

When personal data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required (for example, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms), and we take reasonable steps to protect your data in line with applicable law.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

* Account data: while you have an account and for a reasonable period afterward

* Purchase and invoice records: as long as required by tax/accounting laws

* Support messages: as long as needed to handle issues and maintain records

* Analytics and tracking data: retained based on our settings and reasonable business needs

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where feasible. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, in backups), we store it securely and limit further use until deletion is possible.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as:

* Access to your personal data

* Correction of inaccurate data

* Deletion (in certain situations)

* Restriction of processing (in certain situations)

* Data portability (in certain situations)

* Objection to processing based on legitimate interests

* Opting out of marketing communications

Marketing emails: You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email or by contacting us.

How to exercise your rights: Email us at [email protected] with your request. We may need to verify your identity before we act on certain requests.

EEA/UK complaints: If you are in the EEA, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Finland, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

Children’s privacy

Our Services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to it, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

Additional disclosures for certain regions

Some jurisdictions (including certain U.S. states) provide additional privacy rights related to access, deletion, and opting out of certain types of data sharing or targeted advertising. You can contact us at [email protected] to request information or exercise applicable rights.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice (for example, on the website or by email where appropriate).
